General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will inform you and issue a full refund using the original method of payment.

Delivery Locations
We offer delivery to addresses worldwide. International orders are also accepted. The delivery timeline for international orders is up to 10 days. For international shipping, buyers are charged based on the current rates of premium courier partners like FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 days. Once your order is placed, a more precise delivery estimate will be provided. Please note that delivery times are based on the date of shipping, not the date of order, and are subject to order approval. These are the delivery timelines:

1. Standard Domestic Order - 5 to 7 days
   Note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
2. Express Domestic Order - 3 to 5 days
3. Standard International Order - 7 to 10 days

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free of charge. For orders up to ₹7,000, an express shipping option is available at an additional cost, which varies based on factors like cart size and delivery pin code, with delivery in 3–5 days as noted above. For express shipping, a premium courier service is selected, and air transport is used for quicker and safer delivery.
